利用規約（EULA）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、お客様と「Shiodoki」（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「当方」）との間のエンドユーザーライセンス契約（EULA）です。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約はAppleの標準EULA（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）を基礎としており、本規約に定めのない事項についてはAppleの標準EULAが適用されます。
1. ライセンス
当方は、App Store利用規約で認められる範囲において、お客様が所有または管理するApple製デバイス上で本アプリを使用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能・取消可能なライセンスをお客様に付与します。法令で認められる場合を除き、本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、転売はできません。
2. 潮位・情報に関する重要な免責
- 表示する潮位は調和定数にもとづく天文潮位の計算値であり、実測値とは異なります（各港の基準面からの高さです）。
- 本アプリは航海の用に供するものではありません。航海には海上保安庁刊行の潮汐表等をご利用ください。
- 気圧・風・高潮などの気象条件により、実際の潮位は大きく異なる場合があります。
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。釣行前の天候・波の確認はお客様ご自身で行ってください。
本アプリは潮汐（潮位・満干・潮名・月齢・まづめ帯）の情報提供のみを行い、天気・波浪・高潮・水温の予測や、釣行してよいかどうかの判断の提示は行いません。潮名は月齢にもとづく区分であり、区切り方の違いにより他の資料と1日程度ずれて表示されることがあります。
3. 課金・購入
- 本アプリは、AppleのApp Storeを通じて、非消耗型（買い切り）のアプリ内課金「Shiodoki Pro」（¥1,000）を提供します。サブスクリプション（自動更新）は提供していません。価格は購入前にアプリ内に表示されます。
- Shiodoki Proを購入すると、複数港のお気に入り・週間先読み無制限・通知・ウィジェットが利用可能になります。無料の状態でも、お気に入り1港のフル機能（今日のタイドグラフ・潮名・月齢・まづめ帯、および週間ビュー3日先まで）をご利用いただけます。
- 返金について: 決済および返金の手続きはすべてAppleが取り扱い、当方独自のポリシーはなく、Appleのポリシーに従います。当方側で返金を行うことはできません。返金のお申し出はAppleのreportaproblem.apple.comから行ってください。
- 復元について: 機種変更やアプリの再インストール後は、設定画面の「購入を復元」から、非消耗型のShiodoki Pro（¥1,000）を復元できます。
4. プライバシー
本アプリはいかなるデータも収集しません。現在地は「近くの港をさがす」機能で使用中のみ利用し、最寄り港の距離計算に使ったのち即座に破棄します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
5. 保証の否認
本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」かつ「提供可能な状態（AS AVAILABLE）」で提供されます。当方は、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害の黙示的保証を含め、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリが中断なくエラーなく動作すること、および潮位の計算値が実測値と一致することについて、当方は保証しません。
6. 責任の制限
適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲で、当方は、間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害その他本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じる損失について、責任を負いません。当方の責任の総額は、請求に先立つ12か月間にお客様が本アプリに対して支払った金額を上限とします。ただし、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
7. 本アプリおよび本規約の変更
当方は、本アプリおよび本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページに掲載し、制定日（改定日）を更新することでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリの使用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
8. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関する紛争については、消費者保護に関する強行法規の定めがある場合を除き、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
9. Appleが第三受益者であること
AppleおよびAppleの子会社は本規約の第三受益者であり、本規約を執行する権利を有することにお客様は同意します。Appleは本アプリに関する保守・サポートを提供する義務を負いません。サポートは当方が提供します（下記参照）。

Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an end user license agreement (EULA) between you and the developer of Shiodoki ("Shiodoki," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are based on, and incorporate the protections of, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these Terms are silent, Apple's standard EULA applies.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Shiodoki on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
2. Important Disclaimers Regarding Tides and Information
- Tide heights shown are astronomical values calculated from harmonic constants, not measurements (heights are above each port's datum).
- This app is not for navigation. For navigation, use the tide tables published by the Japan Coast Guard.
- Actual tides can differ significantly due to weather such as air pressure, wind, and storm surge.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this app. Please check the weather and sea conditions yourself before heading out.
The app provides tide information only (heights, high/low, tide name, moon age, and dawn/dusk windows). It does not predict weather, waves, storm surge, or water temperature, and does not offer any judgment about whether to go on a fishing trip. Tide names are derived from the moon's age, and different boundary conventions can put the label about a day apart from other references.
3. Purchases
- Through Apple's App Store, the app offers a non-consumable (one-time) in-app purchase, "Shiodoki Pro" (¥1,000). There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. The price is shown in the app before purchase.
- Buying Shiodoki Pro unlocks multiple favorite ports, unlimited weekly look-ahead, notifications, and the widget. Even without Pro, one favorite port has the full feature set (today's tide curve, tide name, moon age, and dawn/dusk windows, plus 3 days ahead in the weekly view).
- Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled by Apple, according to Apple's own policy — we have no separate refund policy and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restoring your purchase: After switching devices or reinstalling, you can restore the non-consumable Shiodoki Pro (¥1,000) via "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
4. Privacy
Shiodoki collects no data. Your location is used only while in use, by the "find nearby ports" feature, to compute the distance to the nearest port, and is discarded immediately afterward. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that calculated tide values will match observed measurements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.
7. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
9. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app; support is provided by us (see below).
