概要
Shiodokiは、いかなるデータも収集・送信しません。潮位・満干・潮名・月齢の計算は、すべてお使いのiPhoneの中だけで完結します。当方はサーバーを持たず、データが送られる先そのものが存在しません。潮汐データはアプリに同梱されており、購入手続き（App Store）を除いて通信は一切発生しません。
1. 収集するデータについて
当方は、個人データ・利用データを一切、収集・受信・送信・保存・処理しません。具体的には次のとおりです。
- アカウント登録は不要です（機能自体がありません）。氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等を入力する場面はありません。
- 現在地は端末の外に出ません。「近くの港をさがす」機能でのみ、使用中に現在地を利用し、最寄り港までの距離計算に使ったうえで即座に破棄します。現在地を保存することも、端末の外に送信することもありません（詳細は第3項）。
- トラッキングはありません。広告、広告識別子、トラッキング技術は一切含まれておらず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断した追跡も行いません。
- アナリティクスはありません。解析SDK、クラッシュレポートSDK、その他サードパーティSDKは一切組み込まれていません。
このため、App StoreにおけるShiodokiのAppプライバシー表示は「データは収集されません」です。
2. 潮汐データと計算について
潮位・満干時刻・潮名・月齢・まづめ帯は、アプリに同梱した潮汐調和定数をもとに、すべてお使いの端末内で計算されます。気象データやサーバーへの問い合わせは一切行いません。そのため、電波の届かない場所でも完全に動作します。計算結果を当方が受け取ることはなく、そもそも当方にはサーバーがありません。
3. 位置情報の取り扱いについて
Shiodokiの位置情報（NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription＝使用中のみ）は、お客様の現在地から最も近い港を探し、その距離を表示する目的にのみ使用されます。取得した現在地は距離の計算に使ったのちその場で破棄され、アプリ内に保存されることも、当方のサーバー（存在しません）やAppleを含む第三者に送信されることも一切ありません。位置情報の利用を許可しない場合でも、港名・都道府県での検索やお気に入りから港を選ぶことで、アプリのすべての潮汐機能をご利用いただけます。
4. 通知・ウィジェットについて
通知（Pro）は「明日から大潮」などの天文事実を、お使いの端末上のローカル通知としてお知らせするものです。通知内容の生成・スケジュールはすべて端末内で行われ、外部サーバーを経由しません。ウィジェット（Pro）も端末内で計算した内容を表示するのみで、通信は発生しません。
5. 課金について
Shiodokiの購入（Shiodoki Pro ¥1,000・買い切り）は、AppleのApp Store（StoreKit）によって処理されます。決済はAppleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーのもとでAppleが取り扱います。当方が、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・請求先住所・クレジットカード番号その他の決済情報に触れることは一切ありません。アプリは、購入が有効かどうかを端末上のStoreKitを通じて確認し、Pro状態をローカルに記録するのみです。詳しい課金の仕組みは利用規約をご覧ください。
6. お子様のプライバシー
Shiodokiは誰からもデータを収集しないため、お子様からもデータを収集しません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上記の制定日（改定日）を改めます。データ収集を伴う変更（現時点で予定はありません）を行う場合は、適用前にアプリ内で明確にお知らせします。

Summary
Shiodoki collects and transmits no data of any kind. All tide, high/low, tide-name, and moon-age calculations run entirely on your own iPhone. We operate no server, so there is nowhere for any data to go. The tidal data is bundled with the app, and no network activity occurs at all apart from the App Store purchase flow.
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect, receive, transmit, store, or process any personal data or usage data whatsoever. Specifically:
- No account is required or offered. You never provide a name, email address, or password to use Shiodoki.
- Your location never leaves your device. The "find nearby ports" feature uses your location only while in use, to compute the distance to the nearest port, and then discards it immediately. Your location is never stored and never sent off the device (see item 3).
- No tracking. Shiodoki contains no advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking technologies, and does not track you across apps or websites.
- No analytics. Shiodoki contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
Accordingly, Shiodoki's App Privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected."
2. Tidal Data and Calculations
Tide heights, high/low times, tide names, moon age, and dawn/dusk windows are all computed on your device from tidal harmonic constants bundled with the app. No weather data or server is ever queried. That is why the app works fully where there is no signal. We never receive any of the results — and we have no server to receive them in the first place.
3. How Location Is Handled
Shiodoki's location access (NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription — while in use only) is used solely to find the port closest to you and show that distance. The location obtained is used for the distance calculation and then discarded on the spot; it is not stored in the app and is never sent to our servers (we have none) or to any third party, including Apple. If you choose not to grant location access, you can still use every tide feature by searching ports by name or prefecture, or by choosing from your favorites.
4. Notifications and Widget
Notifications (Pro) deliver astronomical facts such as "spring tide starts tomorrow" as local notifications on your device. Their content and scheduling are produced entirely on-device and never pass through an external server. The widget (Pro) likewise only displays content computed on-device, with no network activity.
5. Purchases
Purchases in Shiodoki (Shiodoki Pro, ¥1,000, one-time) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Payment is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or have access to your name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or any other payment information. The app only checks, via StoreKit on your device, whether a purchase is valid, and keeps a local record of Pro status. See the Terms of Use for details on how billing works.
6. Children's Privacy
Because Shiodoki collects no data from anyone, it also collects no data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Any change that would involve collecting data (which we do not plan) would be clearly communicated in the app before taking effect.
